Built from a need recognised within the Functional Fitness community to offer people the advice and guidance they need to maximise potential through the right nutrition plan, our evidence based approach to healthy eating has proven effective at helping people from all walks of life, with many different goals, achieve results they never knew possible.

We don’t believe in quick fixes or self proclaimed nutrition gurus and we don’t promote unnecessarily restrictive diets. We use research backed methods to ensure lasting results by helping people build sustainable habits and create a healthy relationship with food.

Reuben’s journey began in the culinary world, where he honed his skills as a chef and developed a deep understanding of food and its impact on the body. This experience allowed him to witness firsthand the power of nutrition in transforming lives and optimizing performance. Motivated by this realization, he pursued certifications as a personal trainer and nutrition coach to broaden his expertise and better serve those seeking a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

 

Through several years as a CrossFit coach and Personal Trainer, he has guided numerous individuals through high-intensity workouts, focusing on functional movements and pushing boundaries. He believes in the power of community and encourages his clients to embrace the CrossFit philosophy, fostering an environment of support, motivation, and growth.
