Our evidence based nutrition coaching service allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world with your very own nutrition coach to get the results you want.

We understand every individual is different, so we work with you to establish your goals and create a personalised plan that works for you. Our aim is to educate you on eating a balanced diet and understanding your own body better so you can nourish it with the right stuff at the right times to optimise body fat, maximise lean muscle, and fuel your performance in the gym.

FAQS

DO I HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES?

No. At FP Nutrition we focus on hitting macronutrient targets. We offer 2 options for regulating food intake, you can either track macros through our macro tracking app, or you can use our flexible hand portion method.

HOW LONG IS THE NUTRITION COACHING PROGRAM?

Every goal is different and every person is different. We have a minimum 3 month commitment, but it is not a 3 month program, we are building a new lifestyle. How long you stay on the plan outside the minimum term is up to you.

IS THIS SUITABLE WHILST PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

Yes, that’s the beauty of working with an expert nutrition coach, your plan will be tailored to your individual needs and circumstance, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, and other medical conditions.

DO YOU DESIGN MEAL PLANS?

We will give recipe ideas and meal suggestions but we do not design specific meal plans. We will help you learn which foods to focus on and how much to eat so you have the flexibility to create your own meals.

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIFIC DIETARY PREFERENCES?

Vegan? Lactose intolerant? Allergies? Don’t like Brussels Sprouts? It’s all good, we can work with anything and you’re always going to have plenty of food options to choose from.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

Once you choose your subscription plan you enter your Credit or Debit card details and payment will be deducted from your card every week or month depending on which plan you choose.

HOW / WHEN CAN I CANCEL?

Once the minimum term is up you can cancel anytime with 7 days notice via email. If you do not want to continue past the minimum term you will need to let us know at least 7 days before the term is up.

DO I GET CHEAT DAYS?

We try not to encourage the “cheat day” mentality. We teach you how to enjoy a balanced diet long term so you don’t have to give up the foods you love or “cheat” on your diet.
